Male Genital Aesthetic Treatments

Male genital surgery has become one of the fastest-growing fields in the medical world in recent years. These procedures, which were previously applied only after congenital anomalies or serious traumas, are now offered with a multidisciplinary approach to optimize the individual's quality of life, self-confidence, and sexual health.

As Adana Special Life Center, we evaluate male genital aesthetics not just as a cosmetic intervention, but as a holistic health service that enables the individual to be at peace with their body image. This guide, prepared for our patients in Adana, Mersin, and surrounding provinces, aims to ensure that surgical processes are understood in a transparent and scientific language.

What is male genital aesthetics (Genitoplasty)?

Genitoplasty or male genital aesthetics is the general name for surgical procedures that regulate the length and thickness of the penis, the structure of the scrotum, and the anatomical relationship of this area with the abdominal wall. This surgical branch aims to improve the morphological structure of the organ while preserving urological functions (urination, erection).

Penis enlargement surgery (Penoplasty) techniques

Penis enlargement procedures are performed on two main axes: Lengthening and thickening.

Penis lengthening (Ligamentolysis)

In penile anatomy, approximately one-third of the organ is attached to the pubic bone by structures called "suspensory ligaments." The surgeon releases these suspensory ligaments in a controlled manner, allowing the tissue hidden inside the body to move outward. This procedure aims for a permanent increase in length.

Penis thickening (Volume enhancement)

Autologous Fat Transfer: Fat tissue taken from the patient's abdomen or thigh area is purified and injected homogeneously into the penile shaft. This method provides both visual satisfaction and improves the perception of sexual function.

Other genital aesthetic procedures

  • Scrotoplasty (Scrotal aesthetics): Removal of saggy or loose scrotal skin to give the area a firmer form.
  • Buried penis repair and pubic liposuction: In cases where fatty tissue in the lower abdomen hides the penis, the penis is anatomically exposed through a fat removal (liposuction) procedure.

Post-operative recovery guide

The patient's discipline during the recovery phase after surgical intervention is of critical importance:

  • First 48 hours: Hospital care is applied for edema control and pain management.
  • First 10 days: Antiseptic solutions should be used for the protection of the suture line and hygiene.
  • 4-6 weeks: All types of sexual activity (including masturbation) must be avoided for the tissues to stabilize.

Operation costs and pricing

In accordance with health legislation, it is not appropriate to provide prices without an examination. Costs are determined based on the complexity of the case, the chosen technique, additional aesthetic interventions, and the quality of the materials used.
